We collect only what we need, use it only for the purpose it was given, keep it accurate, hold it no longer than necessary and protect it appropriately.
You have the right to be informed, to access a copy of your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to erasure, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
Write to hello@sloaneandsable.co.uk with 'Data request' in the subject line and tell us what you would like us to do. We may ask for proof of identity, and we will respond within one month; if a request is complex we will tell you and may extend by a further two months.
There is no charge for a request unless it is manifestly excessive or repetitive.
Private list emails are sent only with consent and every message carries an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not affect correspondence about an active enquiry or transaction.
We use reputable providers for hosting, email and form handling, under contracts requiring appropriate security. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, appropriate safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement are used.
If a breach occurs that is likely to risk your rights and freedoms we will notify the Information Commissioner's Office within 72 hours of becoming aware and inform you where required.
Please raise any concern with us first so we can put it right. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF, or at ico.org.uk.
Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@sloaneandsable.co.uk.
